I wish to say that 24shells are awesome provider Im very happy with their service:))
Best thing that i can say about them is unbelivable fast responce time on any problems that customer can have.
Im also in web marketing field and i have to say that i never had contacts with any firm that is that serious and that supports this much customers Im glad that i choose them for my hub hosting and web hosting
You guys Rocks just continue working like this and market is yours !!!

I agree, ive been using 24shells for a while now & any questions ive had have been answered fast.
As for support well its always there if ya need ( not that ive needed it ) never a problem

I think i must agree with you

I have been trying to get a shell for days, but i simply couldnt find a reliable service with good prices and good support. The one i tried before 24shells (no names mentioned) even rejected my payment due to fraud possibility (!), how cool is that

But, being that im stubborn, i tried my luck with 24shells. Payment went smoothly, and i was stupid enough to buy the same package 2 times by a mistake. I have emailed the support, and they refunded me with the speed of light, no questions asked. Support is really swift, precise and detailed. I wish there were more companies like this one, but then again, i wouldnt really care, im staying here.

One thing would be useful, however...
In the vhost list, maybe there should be some kind of query software that will ping the vhosts in order to tell customers which ones are available and which ones are offline. Just a thought

I hear ya Dread Knight...24shells is simply the best on the planet! I have two hosting packages and a DC hub er...make that two DC hubs from 24shells and everything runs like clockwork. I'm adding a 24shells link to my hubs motd's and putting up a link on the sites. Now I'm off to steal a 24shells logo off their main site for the link
