Hi.

I have been trying to take full advantage of the 24Shells Shoutcast Control Panel and was wondering if you could help?

There are some features within the control panel which I either don't understand or can't get working correctly. I am specifically reffering to "Intro File" and "Loop File". I have noticed that with the shoutcast package I have got with you, that I get FTP access to 500Mb of space. I have uploaded a mix that I done to my space, (Iam not sure if this is the correct usage) in an attempt to hopefully have it looping whilst I am off-air. Can this be done with the loop file feature and if so, how would I go about setting it up?

Hi, Sorry for some reason I just didn't see this post. Well I would like to know which feature isn't working, or just open a support ticket and someone will help you out with the problem you may be having.
