We did not recieve any cancellation request from you until the August 28th that is after credit card was billed. This request was submitted on August 28th using the contact form on website, which is not the correct way of submitting cancellation. If you read our terms and conditions at

7. Account Cancellation:
Cancellations made through our additional support lines which include IRC, MSN, ICQ, AIM or other chat services that we do as an extra for our clients are invalid cancellation requests. All requests for canceling accounts must be made from (
http://center.24shells.net ) with at least 7 day notice before your service is due.
We have marked your account for cancellation for next billing date, and that is one of the reason why your account is still active. Feel free to use your hub till the end of your billing term.
