Cpanel is a love hate relationship. It is loved by the comunity because of its wife usage and what it can do, but it is also hated for its complexity and buggy releases.

Thats the reason I like plesk less bugs and more stable. But like wooly already said cpanel is so easy to use that beats everyone.

Still vote goes for Plesk.

What about CPU usage?

If either system is used corectly and on a stable release, I beleive cpu usage is about the same

I had bad experience with HELM recently

Update Ensim is good and stable, but very simple and does not have many features.

We are now 100% cPanel host. The new cPanel is very stable and has lot of features that are missing in Plesk.
